The founder

Foresight Value has been founded by Massimiliano Maggi.

Massimiliano brings over 20 years of experience in advisory, banking and corporate roles to his clients and has a proven track record of achievements, often in challenging and complex contexts.

Massimiliano has conducted business across more than 20 countries worldwide, successfully originated multi-million deals and possesses deep experience in deal flow, post-merger integration and strategic transformation.

He is equally comfortable working with dynamic entrepreneurs looking for a successful exit as with institutional investors and corporate leaders looking for a strategic or financial buyout. Massimiliano is recognised for his unique blend of strategic thinking, financial analysis, execution discipline and relationship management skills.

Under his leadership, Foresight Value operates as an agile organisation, leveraging a powerful network of talents to support the specific needs of any engagement.

In addition to his professional activity, Massimiliano is a professor of Mergers and Acquisitions at Hult International Business School.

Massimiliano holds an MSc in International Strategy and Diplomacy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in London, an MBA from Hult International Business School in Boston (US) and Shanghai (China) and a Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Bari (Italy). He is a qualified accountant and holds an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations from the Charter Institute of Public Relations in the UK.

Paul Kenealy – Senior Advisor, Cyber

Paul Kenealy serves as Senior Advisor – Cyber at Foresight Value.

Paul is a proven leader in cyber intelligence and strategic risk, with a track record of building and scaling technology companies.

His previous appointments included CISO at Shearwater Group, Director of Threat Intelligence at Digital Shadows (acquired for £160m), as well as senior roles at Barclays and KPMG. He has extensive UK HMG MOD operational cyber intelligence experience and experience with the UK Cyber Reserves.

Paul specialises in bridging the gap between strategic cyber risk considerations and operational execution, particularly in transaction and transformation environments. His focus is on supporting investors, corporates, and founders in designing and implementing cybersecurity capabilities that are not only robust but also commercially and operationally effective.

Paul enhances Foresight Value’s capability at the intersection of cyber security, M&A, and geoeconomic risk by:

Supporting cyber due diligence in transactions
Advising on cyber risk
Designing post-merger cyber integration and remediation programmes
Providing specialist input on cyber exposure in strategic and regulated sectors

Paul holds an Executive MBA from Hult Business School, a

MSc in InfoSec from Royal Holloway, University of London and a BA (Hons) in Russian from the University of Portsmouth.
